This is what your inspection actually buys.
Anybody can text you a video. Below is a complete sample of what Lateral Concepts delivers on every job: a written, NASSCO-coded report a buyer can act on, a realtor can negotiate with, and a building department can file. No other outfit in North Idaho shows you theirs. Here's ours.

Two actual reports — client details removed
Not a mockup: these are genuine Lateral Concepts reports from real North Idaho jobs — real findings, real photos. We stripped the homeowner's name and address for their privacy. Everything else is exactly what the client received.

North Idaho
Property: 000 Example Lane, Anytown, ID (fictional) · Client: Sample Home Buyer · Access: 4" ABS cleanout, NE corner
Overview
The 4" building sewer serving the residence was video inspected from the exterior cleanout to the municipal main connection, approximately 68 feet, to assess structural condition and function. Digital locating was performed to establish the line's path and depth, marked on-site with paint and flags.
Findings
Maintenance & Recommendations
1. Root accumulation at 41 ft should be cleared by professional hydro-jetting, followed by a re-scope to confirm the joint's condition. Typical local cost range provided in report appendix.
2. The belly at 55 ft is functional but will collect debris over time; annual maintenance or spot repair are both reasonable paths — costs and trade-offs discussed in the appendix. This is a negotiating item, not an emergency.
3. No repairs required on the upper run. Line is serviceable with the maintenance noted.
Records
County records were searched for permits associated with this parcel; results attached. (On septic properties, Panhandle Health District permit records are pulled and included as standard.)
Why we show you this and nobody else does: repair companies don't want you comparing deliverables — the video is bait for the bid. Our report is the product. When you know what you're buying, we win.
